"Diversity counts" – combining team strengths to create real synergies.

In the team, we reflect on the dynamics in the respective group behavior, recognize team potentials and connect them. We reflect on and further develop the team's communication patterns, thus strengthening cooperation. Different feedback processes are the basis for this. Occasions for team coaching and team development are often when:

  • it is a matter of making the different strengths and communication patterns of the team members (such as motives, values, behavioral preferences) transparent in order to gain a deeper understanding of each other.

Through our team analytics, we are additionally able to record the value and motive preferences of the team members before a team development measure. Of course, there is no right or wrong here! We discuss the evaluation in advance individually with each team member. This approach intensifies the team development and feedback process. This results in a deeper understanding of oneself and others, as well as more orientation and security in development and change processes. Whether the additional option "Teamanalytics" is helpful, we clarify together in the context of the order clarification.

Holistic view

Holistic view This form of consulting takes place in a hierarchy-free and confidential surrounding. We proceed step by step and find our own pace and "language" for this. The setting offers the possibility to explore challenging topics together with the coach, e.g. if:

  • demanding leadership challenges need to be mastered, you want to rethink your leadership actions in order to find adequate leadership interventions
  • communication in complex situations
  • conflicts and change dynamics challenge or burden your leadership work
  • you have a new or changed leadership role and are looking for orientation

For a business-moderation, together with you, Gerd Loeffler designs a “script” before the event. Business moderations are appropriate:

If applicable, Gerd Loeffler will advise you personally about the current presentation topics. The presentations always reflect his consultancy practice, they don’t present a collection of scientific study results.

 

Assesment and Select


Potential and strengths diagnostics process

In order to identify potential reliably and in a differentiated manner, our psychomotor online assessments provide additional transparency and thus a high benefit in talent management for coaching, seminars or selection processes.
Gerd Löffler is accredited for three internationally established online assessments. All three instruments meet the highest quality criteria, are scientifically verifiable and available in up to 30 languages. The procedures measure traits, behavioral competencies as well as motivational factors. With the help of these procedures, quality and effectiveness can be demonstrably increased.
